First arriving in 2003, Ubisoft's Beyond Good Evil has to go down in history as one of the best games that no one played. On its original release, this fantastic title simply didn't get the attention it deserved, despite gaining much critical acclaim. Because of this, the game, created by Michel Ancel (of Rayman fame), disappeared from the videogaming world with little event, with any possib... more.

By Jason Van Horn I'm admittedly a wuss when it comes to survival horror games, as there are hardly any that I can complete. Silent Hill? I shiver just thinking about the original game. Resident Evil? Whether it's skin rotting zombies or crazed parasite infested villagers, I can't shake the fear when I see one heading my way. The one exception for me was Dead Space an original science fiction,... more.

Review: Namaco Bandai’s Kinect title for the Xbox 360, Body and Brain Connection, is a great idea for the family that can help create real physical and mental benefits, but suffers from a lack of variety. Let’s be honest, the Kinect is never going to have the same types of titles that the games using controllers have. There just isn’t the same level of depth that can be utilized when ... more.

Ace Combat is by far the clear leader in jet fighter plane games. Many of the best have fallen, and since Top Gun has long gone off into history. This genre is Namco Bandai’s to lose. Ace Combat has been a staple of the Playstation platform for years (except the Playstation 3 so far). There have been titles in the series that have screamed quality. This genre of gaming is always the last to ge... more.

By Jason Van Horn My computer is pretty nice and can handle most any game I'd say, but to run every one of them at full maxdoubtful. I say that because I remember wanting to play the original Crysis for the PC badly, but being letdown when a system scan showed I didn't meet the requirements. Luckily the sequel is heading towards consoles and looks to be bringing with it a pretty sweet multiplay... more.

Dead Space 2 has a great story.  Dead Space 2 has amazing graphics.  Dead Space 2 will scare the shit out of you. It’s a thrill ride from start to finish.   The pacing is quick, it never slows down, and luckily there’s no backtracking like in the first game.  Sequences flow from one to the next without any lag and you’ll be hard pressed to put it down. Dead Space 2 picks up three... more.

After the first Dead Space, a series of digital comics, an animated film and a Wii prequel, it seemed like the madness spawned by The Marker had been told enough times that a continuation of Isaac Clarke’s story feels long overdue. Yet as the mainstay of Dead Space, it does make sense that developer Visceral Games would save him for the next HD installment of the series. This time around, Mr.... more.
